Leaving Brunei before the 15th September 2010...

yep..if some of you read facebook, there was a session on about it being too early to leave brunei (in one week notice). On the facebook wall post, i was questioning and discussing the pros and cons in leaving, how my decision was finalised =p...as i deleted the post later on...coz i don't know why it looked stupid not to mention everybody (many who don't care ) will see it haha

So.. okay to start things of , I had sent applications for the University of Monash...University of Melbourne..University of Penang- Ireland...AND University of Srilanka-Russia ...all in for the application of either medicine or bio-med.

For the University of Monash, the entry requirement for medicine was the exact points i got for IB,and yes i applied very early AND managed to set a date for an interview..and PASS my interview. However, I have still not received any infor about offers.. after contacting the universities in malaysia and aussie apparently come in on Oct/NOv.

For the University in Sri lanka twining with Russia...HAHHAHA i know..russia right?? i laughed my ass off when i first heard it, coz its so random!!
..okay back to the point..yeah so apparently the entry requirement is 40 points for IB, mainly because i will be applying for doctor of medicine not the usual Bachelor of medicine and surgery. Doctor of medicine is what you do after getting a Bachelor of medicine in other unis. So yes its a faster track. The uni scedule is 6 days a week, and top of that Russian and latin to learn. =o
===> i just really applied coz my parents told me too (coz they want me to live with THEM FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE...not going to happen =p)..so yeah and i applied.

...on the 2nd of September...i got a phone call saying my interview was on the 3rd of september...YES in a days time i had a interview, with minimum preparation i had to have a conversation on the phone.(and to think I found this scary)

The interview was fing hard..worst than monash! so anyway at the end of the call..they were like "yea..won't be a problem we will send you a offer by tommorow to start on the 15th of september"....

SAYYYYYYYYYY WHAT NOW??? in addition to that...i don't know how many times i said thank you ..when i am really was supposed to say "WTF"... i mean come on.. WTF?

OHHH Oh, did i mention that i told that interviewer University in Sl- russia was my first choice...I HAD to dude coz its an interview..i had to suck up/ ass kiss
... come to think of it...maybe it was my fault =S

I did some back ground research about it..and found that Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy the university in russia, is the top 6th uni in russia, and and the degree i will get is a russian one..
furthermore.. its is approved by WHO (world health organizations), Uk, Sl , Malaysia and so on..

Okay anyway....so i have decided that i Should go...you noe just in case i don't receive any offers from the other unis ( i don't wanna be screwed)...therefore I am going to see how Sl one is first...if i can handle or not...and if i do get offers from the other unis... and despise the Sl university..i can quit..

Yep...its GOING to be hectic..with all the packing and not to mention..my parents HAVING to buy me a macbook pro and ipone =]
